SHIPPING

We roast fresh to order, depending on inventory please allow 1-2 days before your order is shipped. We know you want your goods as soon as possible. We will endeavour to get your order out as soon as possible.

During this time everyone is experiencing shipping delays due to COVID-19. Please be patient and allow at least 7 business days from dispatch.

• Free standard shipping when you spend over $50 AUD
• Orders under $50 AUD are a flat rate charge of:
  Standard - $10.00 AUD
  Express - $12.50 AUD
• Tracking will be forwarded to you once the package is sent.
• All transactions are secure and encrypted with ultra-secure 128-bit encryption. We never store your credit card information.
• All major credit cards are accepted.

Currently we only ship Australia wide but are looking to expand our reach in the future.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will be notified via email.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Above delivery times can change depending on the time of the year, holiday periods, weekends and severe weather.  We are not responsible for stolen packages or packages delayed in transit. 

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order.  If the wrong delivery address is provided, Flamingo cannot offer reimbursement for this package.
