SHIPPING, ORDERS & RETURNS
Q. If I place a retail order online, how long can I expect before it’s dispatched?
A. All orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days. As soon as we process your order you’ll receive a tracking link from the postage supplier, we recommend keeping an eye on that for real-time updates on where your order is.
Q. Do you have a returns policy, if so, what is it?
A. Please choose carefully, we do not accept returns of coffee beans/grounds as this is a fresh product and we package it fresh to order. If the bag of coffee is an error on our part or damaged in any way just email us at contact@flamingoroasters.com and we will get your order sorted!

Q. What is the flavour profile of Flamingo beans?
A. Our signature Flamingo Blend features notes of smooth milk chocolate, red cherry and almond flavours. This is a massive crowd pleaser and is designed to be enjoyed black or white!
Q. Where are Flamingo beans sourced?
A. Flamingo Blend is made from combining fresh, specialty grade quality coffee beans from our partners in Colombia, Brazil and Nicaragua.
Q. How should I store my beans at home?
A. We suggest storing your beans in an air tight container, out of direct sunlight to maximise your beans lifespan!
Q. Do my beans have an expiry date or a use by date?
A. We recommend you use your beans from day 7 after roast to day 30 (all bags will have a roast date on them). There is nothing wrong with using post/pre this but we feel with the degassing process this is them at their peak!
